  • HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK ITEMS?

We aim to stay stocked at all time but if something is not in stock it will be restocked within a week, but restock dates do vary depending on product availability.

 

  • DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?

4Ever Glow Cosmetics is and will remain a cruelty-free company. We do not test our products on animals and we will continue to hold true to this principle.

 

  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible on our contact page. If you have already received a tracking number in your email your order can not be canceled.

 

PLEASE NOTE: If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order and will not provide any refunds or exchanges. Please carefully review all orders before checking out.

  

  • HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping takes 5-7 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included.

 

  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? 

Tracking numbers are sent out via email when your order is processed. It takes 1-3 business days to process your order. Weekends and holidays are not included. In the rare case that you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing an order please contact us. We try our best to get your order to you swiftly without complications.

4Ever Glow Cosmetics offers worldwide shipping through USPS & UPS .

  

  • WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Shipping options are calculated at checkout.

 

  • WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to offer any returns for any of our items due to the fact that we are not able to restock any products that have been out of our hands. This regulation is in place for sanitary purposes and 4Ever Glow Cosmetics does its very best to ensure the health and safety of our customers. We ask that you please carefully review all orders before checking out.

 

  • MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT?

When this happens more than likely the package was marked as delivered accidentally and will arrive the following business day. In a rare case that it does not, please contact your local post office. Make sure to call your LOCAL OFFICE, and NOT the USPS hotline. We are not responsible for packages once they are out of our hand and the carrier has received it. To ensure you receive your package track your order and be available to receive your package on the set date. 

 

  • WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO THE SENDER? 

If your package is returned to us after an attempted delivery you have 2 options.

Option 1: We can send the package back to you but you will be responsible for covering the shipping fee. 

Option 2: We can refund you for the products you purchased but shipping fee WILL NOT be included in the refund.

 

  • DO YOU EVER DO GIVEAWAYS?

 

Yes, we run official giveaways on our Instagram page @4everglowcosmetics. Follow us for a first look at giveaways, discounts, and new products. Also, there are exclusive giveaways and discounts that are for Glow Babes only. These will be only sent through email for subscribers. Subscribe to our mailing list at the bottom of the page to become a Glow Babe.
